# Lanes and CAT — no academy product There is no Level Up Academy. A school brand is a leftover building. **CAT** is the transcript: `(DID subject, lane, level, issuer)`. Unique record. Not a pile. Feeds β when on-duty. **Lane** is the class: chess, weld, Spanish, shop math. Claiming a lane is a signed vertex, not a dropdown. ## Overlay, not a fourth school Chess.com, a district, a union hall already keep a book. Until they join, their book still exists. You post a receipt: 1. Finish the thing on their site. 2. A packager on *your* box pulls *your* export. 3. Hash the file. Vertex: DID, lane, time, evidence hash. 4. Raw stays on the box or drops. The mesh sees the hash. 5. Looking at it to check it writes another vertex. Import only. Their server does not see your DID. No OAuth “connect Extropy.” Two-way sync is a forehead. When they join they become an **issuer**. They sign the interval. You hold the record. Spite revoke is a vertex on the issuer. Other rooms may ignore that issuer. You do not invent a second chess number. ## Kids DID allowed. A module can mint. No public forehead. Issuer is the district or a parent DFAO, not a leaderboard site. ## Package `packages/levelup-academy` is held code. Do not ship it as a product. Same for a language-app brand. The lane is the product. Letter key: https://extropyengine.com/key#cat
