Not the JPEG

Smart contracts. Read that again before you bounce. This is not an exchange. There is nothing to list. There is no monkey picture. You cannot transfer standing. You cannot cash it out. If that is the only movie you have for those two words, you watched the handicapped version — the one where the “then” is move a bag, so every contract inherits a casino.

I took the object they wasted and wired it to work that already closed. Tokenomics without a pool. The logic inside is if-then — classical logic, checkable. The name of the thing is still smart contracts. That is the trick. Break it if you can.

What the contract actually does

Tuesday milk is already a loop. A cooler that hits empty is already a loop. A truck that either makes the dock or does not is already a loop. Most of that still waits on someone to perform a decision that was already determined. A smart contract here is the named case: both edges signed, it runs.

How one actually runs

Work. Someone mows, restocks, merges duplicates, buys Tuesday milk. A claim gets packaged. The other side signs or says no. Only then may world standing or community standing move.

The register. Cash still rings. The till prints cash collected and overlay touch. The spark dies when the ticket dies. Your grocery spark does not pay the truck.

The week. If four weeks of cash-in versus cash-out say the inbound bill is still heavy, the shop’s cap steps down for everyone in line.

The badge. If a trucker’s skill record says they are on this run, the diner and the hotel treat them like a local for that ticket. When the run ends, the badge goes dark. Same community language. Not a new coin.

What never runs: send standing to a friend, cash it out, a protocol treasury paying the shop back, a milk spark climbing the supply chain.
